Once the interval has passed, however, a certain time-lensing effect seems to occur, and the time-interval becomes vanishingly small. We therefore see the strange result that the same fragment of spacetime may be observed, in quick succession, as Soon, Never, and All Too Quickly.

That thing looks like it might have some overheating/ventilation problems. Cozy, though.

I essentially have one of those, what with my closet being the only space for my computer in my room.

Honestly, it kind of sucks, since it's also the only sitting space in my room, and gives me no room for other desk oriented work.

Also, I see no tower for that computer... let me tell ya, you either have to vaccuum dust and pet hair out of your tower periodically, or it takes a shit ton of room on your desk.

huh, enlarge that booth a bit, add some ventilation and a lock on the door and that would be pretty cool. I know my first major project when I get my shit together.

The Display and Glass are still the weak point then, sadly.
if you have 2 metal plates above and below the phone, if enough force is applied these still turn in on each other and in turn so does the smartphone between them, and with that the display . .

Whatever: If you like triptych like comics you should check out Larry Holderfield's Sinister Bedfellows. It ended ages ago but it's a great way to spend a couple of hours.

I'm not sure if that comic is optimistic or pessimistic. Is it saying that not existing is better than existence, or is it saying that life is the best possible thing and nothing is better?

Is this one of those "it is whatever you take from it" things? If so, well done.

Ted, I think it's saying the first thing. Your second interpretation is interesting though.

A Softer World?

They're pretty bleak. I had a buddy in college who read them and he'd e-mail some to me.
He jumps like a damned dragoon, and charges into battle fighting rather insane monsters with little more than his bare hands and rather nasty spell effects conjured up solely through knowledge and the local plantlife. He unerringly knows where his goal lies, he breathes underwater and is untroubled by space travel, seems to have no limits to his actual endurance and favors killing his enemies by driving both boots square into their skull. His agility is unmatched, and his strength legendary, able to fling about a turtle shell big enough to contain a man with enough force to barrel down a near endless path of unfortunates.

--The horror of Mario

Zak S, Zak Smith, Dndwithpornstars, Zak Sabbath. He is a terrible person and a hack at writing and art. His cultural contributions are less than Justin Bieber's, and he's a shitmuffin. Go go gadget Googlebomb!
